Your zone is yours exclusively. No other PLEY Zone Partner operates in your territory. You build relationships · secure venues and grow revenue in a defined geographic area — 150,000–500,000 residents.
Zone Partners earn 35% of all revenue generated in their exclusive territory. Income comes from three streams — weekend venue events, weekday school advertising, and PLEYCUP™ donations. Specific income projections are shared during your private discovery call.

You don't need a storefront · a degree or corporate experience. You need community · commitment and the right logistics.
Must be able to transport the 7-foot Captain PLEYSMART robot. Standard cars will not fit the panels.

Events run primarily Friday evenings · Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday school visits handled during business hours.

We don't rush onboarding. 60–90 days gives you time to set up properly · hire your team and map your strategy before your first event.
Submit your application. PLEYSMART reviews and schedules a 30-minute discovery call to learn about you · your zone and your community connections.
Your exclusive zone is confirmed. Agreement signed. $10,000 investment received. Your robot build begins.
Robot delivered. 2-day training completed. Accounts set up. PLEYCUP™ inventory received. Zone strategy mapped. Ambassador team recruited.
Shadow PLEYSMART-operated events. Run your first 2 practice events with support. Refine your pitch and process.
You launch independently in your zone. Run 4 events per week. School advertising begins. Revenue starts flowing.
